• We always Ask to our customers to sign Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with our organization. AMC is an agreement signed between the organization(xera tech) and the customer where we promises to provide after sales services to our client for a certain duration at nominal costs.

   

   

• The exchange policies are very transparent and all are in favour of the customer. Our customer when comes for an exchange then we give the same treatment as , it was given to him when he came for the first time. we Speak to him properly and suggest him the best alternative.

Testing Facilities

We have inhouse Lighting Testing Facilities with Standard Testing Equipments.
We have Lux Level Measurement instrument, Surge Generator and Tester, Over & Under Voltage testing Regulator,
Humidity & temperature Tester, Water Jet to test IP Protections and other Testing Equipments to fullfill all tests of Lighting Products.
